Dear industry stakeholder,
Please be informed that the agreed Veterinary Health Certificate (VHC) for the export of red meat to Egypt is now available.
Egypt has agreed to accept meat derived from animals that are clinically healthy for the duration of the 30 days prior to and at the time of slaughter. Meat derived from animals that are unvaccinated and those that have been vaccinated against FMD are accepted, where applicable, as described in the VHC.
