An outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) has occurred in Argentina, according to a WOAH report dated 23 February 2026.
Please note the import restrictions on poultry and poultry products from Argentina:
Consignments containing products packed in their final packaging or after 5 February 2026 will be rejected or destroyed.
